This applies to anything purchased from Surf-Rodz LLC directly.  To receive a refund or credit for any item, it must be returned unopened or it will not be accepted. We will not accept worn or used product unless being returned for a defect not caused by the consumer.

 

Items being returned for a refund or credit must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Anything returned after 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. Please do not open/use any item if you do not want it. For all returns, please allow 7 business days for us to receive and process your request.
